IT Health Specialist Support to Primary Health Care Teams
In collaboration with Primary Health Care Organisations (PHOs), South Link Health has a team of Practice System specialists who:
Provide a Telephone Help Desk – first contact support to assist practices and PHOs to identify problems and suggest forward path for resolution, and Remote (Dial-In) Assistance where necessary
Visit each practice in their own locality to discuss IT issues face to face
Support PHOs, South Link Health and bestpractice Decision Support clinical program staff with IT specialist knowledge
